Travel & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Harper Neal Style requires 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled local appointment and 72 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled out of town appointment.

*All expenses (confirmed service hours, travel/flight, hotel, messenger fees, shipping fees, etc.) will be assessed should I not be notified 48-72 hours respectively prior to your scheduled booking. In the case of late cancellation for a member, there will be a cancellation fee of $500.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

(Weekend Appointments and Areas Outside of NYC)

Ground - For one hour or more, the client will be billed $100/hr plus parking fees

Flights - Fare will be divided among client bookings per city, per trip. Clients are responsible for all transportation costs related to the booking. (All flights over three hours will be booked as Business Class)

Hotel - Stylists will arrive the evening before the booking and Depart the morning after.
